Mark Hoppus pernah mengungkapkan She’s Out of Her Mind merupakan lagu cinta sederhana yang mereka garap dengan sungguh-sungguh.
“She’s Out of Her Mind” was the result of multiple rewrites, with each draft attempting to perfect the chorus preceding it. Hoppus called it a “simple love song.” – Mark
